裆带（英语：Crotch strap），是穿过腹股沟和臀部之间的皮带。
在女性身上，裆带能够与生殖器摩擦造成性兴奋，也可以确保肛塞和假阳具不会弹出身体。在男性身上，裆带可能会在前面因为阴茎和睾丸而偏到一边，或者把阴茎和睾丸压扁。
